Jacob Orosz, Certified Business Broker, Licensed Business/Real Estate Broker, is the president of Morgan & Westfield. He has over fourteen years’ of experience facilitating mergers, acquisitions, sales, and other business transfers with transaction values ranging from $30,000 to $75,000,000. Jacob has successfully participated in or managed the sale of over 300 privately held companies in both the Main-Street and Middle-Market arenas, representing both buyers and sellers. He has represented clients in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, and Asia. Jacob founded Morgan & Westfield in 2008 and is actively involved in both Main Street and Middle market transactions, assisting domestic and international clients with business sales, mergers, acquisitions, valuations, and exit planning. Jacob focuses on sell side services and is the lead in many Middle Market transactions.

Jacob is an international entrepreneur, with business experience in over 16 countries, and has an extensive background in small business, real estate, finance, negotiation, and entrepreneurship. Aside from his current role as President of Morgan & Westfield, he was also the President of Tenants Advocacy Group, a commercial tenant advocacy firm based in Southern California that represents both small and mid-sized companies during lease negotiations and audits with regional and national landlords. He is also an inactive Securities Broker, previously holding an National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) Series 3, 6, 63, and 7 securities license.

Jacob is acknowledged as a tough but fair negotiator and has a rare, but interesting blend of experience in finance, technology, marketing, entrepreneurship, and negotiation. He has been both a coach and mentor to entrepreneurial start-ups and growth stage ventures, and is an advisor for several early stage growth companies. He thoroughly enjoys counseling companies how to grow by using technology, franchising, licensing, outsourcing, and he also enjoys mentoring university students and other soon to be entrepreneurs.
