Tim is a certified public accountant (CPA) who has been helping middle-market companies improve their operations. His 28-year experience covers manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, inventory management and related operational areas. Prior to co-founding The ProAction Group, Tim worked in operational consulting at Arthur Andersen and a boutique supply chain consulting firm.
