Andrew Rogerson is a 5-time business owner and Certified Business Broker. He uses his training, experience and energy to partner with those that own a business and wish to sell, by handling the entire exit planning process including business valuation, marketing the business, qualifying buyers, third party finance and more. He also partners with those that want to be a new business owner to understand they have three options; start their own business, buy an existing business or buy the rights to a franchise and more importantly, which one is right for them. Andrew also provides business valuations and certified machinery and equipment appraisals.

His credentials include the CBI designation from the International Business Brokers Association ( and the CBB from the California Association of Business Brokers (

Appraisals for Machinery & Equipment are certified with the CMEA designation from the NEBB Institute.

Andrew holds a Broker’s License from the CA Bureau of Real Estate (Cal BRE Lic # 01757166) and is a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association, CalCPA and a past member of the Metro Chamber of Commerce.

In his spare time, Andrew loves to scuba dive and continues to work on his private pilot license.
