Jacob Orosz founded Morgan & Westfield in 2008 and is the president of Morgan & Westfield, author of four books on Mergers & Acquisitions, and host of the “M&A Talk” podcast. He has over 20 years of experience facilitating mergers, acquisitions, and sales with transaction values up to $75 million; and has successfully participated in or managed the sale of over 300 privately held companies. Jacob focuses on sell-side services and is the leader in many middle-market transactions.
Emery Orosz

Emery has been working with his son Jacob and the Morgan & Westfield team for 10 years, sharing his expertise in running and managing small and mid-sized companies. He has extensive industry experience, from managerial positions supervising up to 1,200 people, to working with nationwide franchisors, to owning and operating two businesses of his own.
