How It Works
For a monthly fee of $500, you will have access to two online discussions per month via a secure online conferencing platform. These discussions will be:
- Coordinated: Groups are organized based on members’ experience levels, ensuring optimal peer-to-peer sharing.
- Confidential: 100% private and confidential
- Length: 90 minutes long
- Format: Video optional
- Agendas: Set by the group.
We carefully choose 5 to 10 participants to limit potential competition.

Membership and Fees

Yes, there is a set-up fee of $500, followed by a monthly fee of $500.

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. Billing is automatic on a monthly basis. If you decide to rejoin later, you’ll need to reapply, join the waitlist, and pay the set-up fee again.
Discussion Format and Participation

Topics will vary based on current M&A trends, challenges, and member interests. Occasional guest experts, such as M&A attorneys or business appraisers, will also join to provide specialized insights. The Roundtable gives you the opportunity to ask these experts the behind-the-scene questions you would not ask in front of a client.

Members drive the agenda and are encouraged to suggest topics for discussion. For example, if you’re working on a difficult deal, bring the details to the Roundtable and allow the group to help you tease out the problems. This helps ensure that the Roundtable remains relevant and valuable to all participants.

Sensitive information shared during discussions is treated with the utmost confidentiality. All participants acknowledge the sensitive nature of the information and agree to maintain its confidentiality. No recordings or digital notes are permitted, and explicit consent is required before sharing any part of the conversation.

The format is interactive, allowing members to share insights, ask questions, and engage in in-depth discussions on current M&A trends and challenges. The small group size, typically 5 to 10 participants, ensures a focused and confidential environment. The discussions are conducted online via a secure conferencing platform. Each session is 90 minutes long, with video participation being optional.

It’s unfortunate if you have to miss a session, but due to confidentiality, we don’t record the discussions. We encourage you to attend whenever possible to get the most out of your membership.
Quality and Screening of Participants

We maintain high-quality discussions by having an experienced facilitator guide each session. Additionally, we carefully screen all participants to ensure they bring the requisite expertise and experience to contribute meaningfully to the conversation.

We carefully review each applicant’s professional background to ensure they meet our criteria of at least 10 years of dedicated M&A advisory experience. We also assess the number and nature of transactions they’ve been involved in to ensure a high level of expertise. Our goal is to create a well-rounded group where all members can contribute meaningfully and gain valuable insights. Members will also be selected to avoid any direct competition.

Yes, you are welcome to refer qualified peers to the Roundtable. However, they will need to go through the same application process to ensure they meet the membership criteria.
