- Exit Planning: We advise you on how to maximize value and minimize risk when you eventually decide to sell, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
- Corporate Development: We assist a variety of investors with their buy-side M&A strategies and tactics, including developing an acquisition strategy, deal sourcing and screening, and negotiating. We can also help you identify and capitalize on strategic inorganic growth opportunities.

Consulting Fees

- Jacob Orosz: $450 per hour
- Support Staff: $100 per hour
Billing
- No Minimums: Our consulting services have no minimum fee requirements.
- Weekly Billing: Work is billed weekly against a retainer or the credit/debit card on file.
- Increments: Work is billed in 5-minute increments.
50% Fee Refund at Closing
If you engage us to sell your business, we will credit 50% of any consulting fees paid within 36 months prior to closing towards our full success fee. This credit is capped at 25% of our full success fee. Further details will be outlined in our service agreement.
