Step One: Assessment Package -- One-Time Flat Fee

Take the first step with no commitments. Your Assessment includes everything you need to plan the sale of your business, including the services we recommend and the price for each service for Steps 2 to 4 of our process. Sign up for Step 2 within 30 days of receiving the Assessment and receive a credit of 100% of the Step 1 fee toward Step 2.
Step 1 fees vary based on the size of your business. Here’s the breakdown:
- Up to $5 million in annual revenue | $1,500
- $5 million to $25 million in annual revenue | $2,450
- $25 million to $100 million in annual revenue | $2,950
Step Two: Preparation Package -- One-Time Flat Fee

Preparation package fees vary based on the type and size of the company, and the services required (e.g. Teaser, Financial Assessment, etc.), and typically range from $1,500 to $4,000 for small businesses and $3,000 to $7,500 for mid-sized businesses.
Step Three: Marketing Services -- Flat Monthly Fee
Marketing packages typically range from $250 to $500 per month for small businesses and $500 to $1,000 per month for mid-sized businesses and vary based on the type and size of the company, and the services required (targeted marketing campaigns are not needed for every business). Marketing efforts can be updated, revised, or added to at any time.
Step Four: Closing Services -- One-Time Success Fee
Morgan & Westfield manages your closing for a one-time success fee based on the total purchase price, calculated as follows:
- 10% of the first million, plus
- 8% of the second million, plus
- 6% of the third million, plus
- 4% of the fourth million, plus
- 2% of the fifth million, plus
- 1% thereafter
