Sign up for Step 2 within 30 days of receiving the Assessment and receive a credit of 100% of the Step 1 fee toward Step 2.

Services: Valuation, Normalized Financials, Sales Strategy, Exit Plan, and Phone Review

Step 2

Preparation package fees vary based on your industry and the services required –  some businesses don’t need a Teaser or Financial Assessment.

Services: CIM, Teaser Profile, Telephone Interview, Financing Pre-Qualification, and Financial Assessment

Includes the credit for the Assessment

Step 3

Marketing packages are based on your industry and the services required – targeted marketing campaigns are not needed for every business. Marketing efforts can be updated, revised, or added at any time.

Services: Confidential Marketing, Screening, and Negotiating

$350 per month + $1,000 per 100 contacts for Targeted Campaigns

Step 4

Morgan & Westfield manages your Closing for a one-time, commission-based Success Fee, calculated as follows:

10% of the first million, plus

8% of the second million, plus

6% of the third million, plus

4% of the fourth million, plus

2% of the fifth million, plus

1% thereafter
