Letter From Our Founder
I wasn’t born with a silver spoon in my mouth. Like many other successful entrepreneurs, I left college and went to work for myself. Over the next few years, I read hundreds of books on topics ranging from business to negotiating before starting a career in mergers and acquisitions. Because I found prevailing industry practices to be inefficient, I saw tremendous opportunity for improvement. After spending several years learning the ropes at one of the top M&A firms, it became clear to me how much I could improve the experience for clients.
I was eager to create a new, streamlined process, but the firm I was associated with didn’t see the need to upset the status quo. That’s when I founded Morgan & Westfield and invested over a decade developing and honing the Morgan & Westfield 4-Step Method for selling a business.
Because I know the feeling of not being heard, I was determined to build a company where everyone’s ideas are listened to. This perspective fosters a healthy, open culture and a collaborative approach to problem solving.
A career at Morgan & Westfield is ideal for someone willing to work not only hard, but smart. The more you contribute, the more you earn. Our strategy works best with driven people who are passionate about learning. We’re extremely selective in our hiring process because we invest so much in our people.
We put our hearts and souls into Morgan & Westfield and plan to do so for many years to come. We’re committed to our clients, their communities, and above all, our people. We strive to continue our success and remain an oasis of trust and passion.
Thank you for considering becoming a part of the Morgan & Westfield family.
Sincerely,
Jacob Orosz
