* Please note that we do not manage negotiations and the sale process based on hourly rates. If you already have a buyer, then we can discuss handling the sale for you on a discounted fee basis.

Billing

50% Fee Refund at Closing

If you engage us to sell your business, we will credit 50% of any consulting fees paid within 36 months prior to closing towards our full success fee. This credit is capped at 25% of our full success fee. Further details will be outlined in our service agreement.
