The Role

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to plan, manage, and carry out our marketing activities.

This is a hands-on role. You will write and edit content, manage email campaigns, update our website, coordinate marketing projects, and track results. You will take projects from idea to completion, working independently and involving specialists when needed.

You should be organized, comfortable with technology, and able to turn complex topics into clear, useful content.

M&A experience is not required. We will teach you about our industry, clients, and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Content: Write, edit, and publish articles, email campaigns, marketing materials, and presentations.
  • Marketing planning: Maintain the marketing calendar, set priorities, and manage projects through completion.
  • Website and SEO: Update website content and landing pages, research keywords, and improve content for search engines and readers.
  • Email marketing: Manage campaigns and databases, review results, and identify improvements.
  • Business listings: Create, update, and manage business-for-sale listings across relevant platforms.
  • Digital marketing: Support social media and other digital marketing activities.
  • Research: Research competitors, markets, audiences, and new marketing opportunities.
  • Reporting: Track website traffic, leads, campaign performance, and other marketing measures. Explain what the results show and recommend next steps.
  • Quality control: Check materials for accuracy, clarity, and consistency before publication.
  • Coordination: Work with designers, developers, writers, and other contractors when required.
  • Marketing operations: Keep files, trackers, systems, and processes organized. Test new ideas and measure their results.

Skills and Experience

You must have:

  • Relevant professional experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with strong copywriting and editing skills.
  • Experience managing websites, online content, and email campaigns.
  • A working knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
  • Experience using Google Analytics and other marketing reporting tools.
  • Strong Google Workspace skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience working independently in a remote environment.

Experience marketing professional services, financial services, B2B companies, or other complex services is helpful but not required.

Who Will Succeed in This Role

You will be a strong fit if you:

  • Take responsibility for your work and follow through without reminders.
  • Can develop a plan and carry it out yourself.
  • Manage several projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Pay attention to detail and check your work.
  • Use data to assess results and guide decisions.
  • Learn new software and processes quickly.
  • Identify problems and propose practical solutions.
  • Are comfortable with both planning and routine execution.
  • Accept feedback and apply it promptly.

Your ability to complete work and produce measurable results matters more than your previous job title.

Working Hours and Remote Requirements

This position requires 40 hours per week, with working hours that overlap with the US business day.

You must have:

  • A reliable, high-speed fiber internet connection.
  • Backup internet and power.
  • A quiet, professional workspace.
  • A reliable computer suitable for full-time remote work.

Benefits & Growth

  • Annual healthcare reimbursement
  • Monthly performance bonus
