Your Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Corporate Communications Associate with a strong background in corporate finance to join our team. You will be responsible for reviewing, editing, and proofreading a variety of financial documents, reports, and communications to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and proofread financial reports, presentations, proposals, and other corporate finance documents for grammar, punctuation, style, and accuracy.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice, style guidelines, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including finance, marketing, and compliance, to ensure accuracy and consistency in all communications.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in corporate finance to enhance the quality of content produced.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Corporate Communications Associate, preferably in the financial services industry with a focus on corporate finance.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance terminology, concepts, and principles.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in editing tools such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with financial data, charts, and graphs.
  • Knowledge of AP Style, Chicago Manual of Style, or other style guides.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and publishing platforms.
