We promise to not lock you into a contract. This is part of our commitment to putting you first. When a business broker asks you to sign a long-term contract, they are forcing you to work with them. These brokers understand that after you sign this contract, you are contractually required to work with them.

This means that these brokers have no incentive to go the extra mile to help you. They do not need to earn your business because they already have secured it contractually.

At Morgan & Westfield we do not believe in operating in this way. Our business brokers must continually work hard to earn your continued business. If you don’t receive the service that you deserve, you are free to work with another broker.

This motivates our brokers and eliminates the complacency that is created by long-term contracts. This results in better service and an improved seller experience.
