Client Success Manager

You will work directly with our founder, Jacob Orosz. He has 25 years of experience, hosts a top M&A podcast, and has written six books on the subject. If you want to learn the mechanics of M&A from the best, this is the place to do it.

The Role

This is a 100% remote, full-time role (US Eastern Time). You will work directly with our Founder and sellers to move businesses from initial consultation to a successful closing.

Your time will be split into two main areas:

  • 70% Client Success: You’ll talk to business owners, answer their questions, and keep the sale moving forward.
  • 30% Process Improvement: You will help us improve our internal systems. If a process is slow or broken, you’ll help fix it.

What You Will Do Daily

  • Communicate: You will be on the phone and in the inbox every day. You need to be the calm, organized voice that clients trust.
  • Manage the Process: You’ll keep track of every document, deadline, and detail from the first meeting to the final signature.
  • Write and Edit: You’ll take complex business data and turn it into clear, catchy teasers and memorandums that make buyers want to invest.
  • Read Financials: You will look at financial statements, figure out what the numbers mean, and explain them simply.

Your Qualifications

  • A Proven Track Record: 3–4 years of experience in business, finance, or professional services.
  • Great Writing: You can write a professional email or a 30-page report that is easy to read and free of errors.
  • Tech-Savvy: You know your way around Google Workspace and love using tech to stay organized.
  • Problem Solver: You don’t wait to be told what to do. If you see a way to make a template better, you do it.
