Marcus Sullivan, CVA is the Founder and Managing Partner of Sullivan Consulting, a boutique consulting firm based in Puerto Rico. Mr. Sullivan specializes in business valuations and M&A and has over 20 years of experience providing financial and business advisory services to privately held, middle-market companies in the Unites States, Puerto Rico and Latin America. Mr. Sullivan is a Professor in Business Administration at the Inter-American University and Sacred Heart University teaching finance and management classes.
Mr. Sullivan is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) as designated by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA) candidate as designated by the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA). His valuation experience includes business enterprise, buy/sell agreements, strategic planning, succession planning, reorganization, investments and mergers and acquisitions. Most of the valuation engagements that Mr. Sullivan has participated in include controlling interests representing the sell-side.
