Purchasing multi unit quick serve restaurants, health and wellness facilities, real estate development and starting a water utility company. He believes that this personal experience in his life allows him to advise his clients in the best manner possible.

He has a tax background and enjoys business valuations, my passion is mergers and acquisitions. In 2010 he earned the designation of CM&AA (Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor). Since passing the examination he has focused on Mergers & Acquisitions. Providing due diligence, deal structure and transaction guidance helping clients through all aspects of the buy and sell side. Another focus he has is providing business valuation services for estate, gifting, buy/sell transactions or management purposes.
