Mr. Cheng graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Economics and obtained his Juris Doctor degree at California Western School of Law. His education and background in business helped lay the groundwork for him to become a successful business attorney. He is committed to obtaining favorable results for all of his clients. In so doing, Mr. Cheng has prevailed in jury trials, court trials and appeals and is also well-versed in negotiations and mediations, including negotiating a settlement in a commercial property action in excess of one million dollars.
