Nick Brandis is the Head of Corporate Development for Headwaters, one of the largest cannabis cultivators and agricultural services providers in California. At Headwaters, Nick is responsible for supporting all M&A, fundraising, and corporate development efforts, managing its CPG business, and working with the executive team on initiatives to streamline and improve internal operations. Prior to Headwaters, Nick was the Director of Corporate Development and Business Intelligence at Eaze, the largest cannabis delivery platform in the US.
Before joining the cannabis industry in 2018, Nick was a strategy and management consultant for Strategy & (formerly Booz & Co.), where he worked in the Deal Strategy group with a focus on vice industries (alcohol, nicotine, confectionary, cannabis).
Nick has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Northwestern Engineering with an Economics minor and a Certificate in Managerial Analytics from the Kellogg School of Management.
