Brett Budlong is a partner in the Charleston office of Graybill, Lansche & Vinzani, LLC. His practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate development, commercial leasing, and financing transactions.

Brett regularly counsels sellers and purchasers in a variety of acquisitions, mergers, dispositions, and private equity transactions. He also has extensive experience representing both landlords and tenants in retail, office, and industrial leasing matters.

Brett has achieved the LEED Green Associate designation from the U.S. Green Building Council and has presented at numerous continuing education seminars on various real estate topics. Brett previously worked in the Real Estate and Structured & Real Estate Finance group of a large international law firm before joining Graybill, Lansche & Vinzani, LLC, which is a commercial real estate law firm specializing in real estate, tax, corporate transactions, and commercial litigation matters.
